The Garland Carnegie Library, at 86 W. Factory St. in Garland, Utah, is a Carnegie library that was built in 1914. It is a free public library which can be used by by anyone living in and around Garland, including Tremonton, Riverside, Deweyville, Bear River, Snowville, Honeyville and many others.
