Utilities
To sign up for utilities, please visit the city offices during regular business hours. There is a $100.00 required deposit and a $20 initialization fee to turn on your utilities.
If you have any questions, please contact Mandi at (435) 257-3118 ext 1002 during regular office hours. Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 4:45 pm with lunch from 12:00 – 1:00 pm. You can also email her at mandi@garlandutah.org.
You can pay your utilities online using Xpress Bill Pay, and in the office.
Dog Licensing
You are also required by law to license your dogs each year. You will register your dogs when you sign up for utilities. And they must be registered before the age of 6 months. You can find out more information on dog licensing and laws below.
